Lipsi is a small, almost forgotten Greek island that is near the Greek islands of Samos and Leros. The church dates to around the 7th Century A.D. and is a great example of the type of construction that was popular back then. However, there aren’t a lot of examples left in Greece that are still standing, which makes this church worth visiting. Be sure to gaze at the Holy Icon of the Virgin Mary while here. It is one of the church’s most popular features.
Shop at Psaremata
If you’re looking for a great pace to explore while on Lipsi, you won’t want to miss the chance to visit Psarmata. This is a great place to browse and do some shopping while you’re exploring the rest of the area. Go to the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian
One of the things that people enjoy doing while on Lipsi is visiting the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian.
