If you have time to visit no other beach while here, you’ll definitely want to make Myrtos Beach your highest priority. Before you actually arrive at this beach, however, be sure to find a way to observe it from high above and snap a few pictures. The views while looking over it are just as stunning as those you see while lounging on the beach itself.

Antisamos Beach

Are you looking for a beach that is just as stunning as it is relaxing? Antisamos beach is completely gorgeous, and the crystal clear, warm water is one of the highlights. There are lounge chairs throughout the beach and it is perfect for families, couples, and individuals alike. The beach is surrounded by hills and forests, which gives it a nice, rustic charm.

Petani Beach

This is another picturesque beach that has beautiful, crystal clear water. This beach has both sandy and pebbled areas, which means that you’ll want to protect your feet if you decide to walk on some of the pebbles. The Kefalonian sun is particular pleasant here, with a nice warm breeze coming off the ocean. The gentle incline of the waters makes it a good choice for those who aren’t strong swimmers.

Skala Beach

Don’t let the fact that this is a pebbled beach turn you off. This is one of the most stunning beaches on the island! As long as you bring your footwear while walking on the pebbles, you’ll have a great experience. Don’t forget to bring your camera because the beach really does have some great scenery! The water here is clear and warm. but there are also pebbles in the water, which means that you’ll need special shoes when you go in.
