Written by in , Comments Off on Recipe for Greek Yogurt and Almond Sauce With Coriander

This sauce is traditionally used to flavor meat, seafood, and even vegetable dishes. It even tastes great on pilafi dishes! If you make the sauce a little thicker by reducing the yogurt (use 1/2 cup instead of 1 cup) you can even use this as a dip bread or vegetables.

Yogurt and Almond Sauce With Coriander Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Greek honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh, chopped parsley

How to Prepare Greek Yogurt and Almond Sauce With Coriander:

Place the almonds, coriander, garlic, honey, and lemon into the bowl of a food processor or blender.

Pulse until a smooth paste is formed.

Add the salt, pepper, yogurt, and parsley. Pulse until a smooth sauce or dip is formed.

Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator.
