- 1 pound (16 ounces) pasta, any variety (spaghetti, linguini, etc) – (choose gluten-free pasta if following a gluten-free diet)
- 1/3 cup Greek olive oil
- 4 tablespoons grated Kefalotiri (Greek cheese) or Romano cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley
Directions on How to Make Greek Spaghetti:
Prepare the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Cook the spaghetti to “al dente”, which means that it is cooked all the way through but still slightly firm. Drain the spaghetti and transfer it to a serving dish. Toss in the olive oil, cheese, and parsley and serve immediately.
