Wash the peaches and cut them in half. Remove the pits. Cut each half into three wedges and place in a saucepan. Drizzle with honey. Pour wine into the pan so that the peaches are completely covered. Add the cinnamon stick. Set the heat to medium and cook until the honey dissolves and the mixture starts to bubble. Remove from the heat and store in the refrigerator until serving.
