Recipe for Baked Greek Style Lamb with Tomatoes

  • 2 lbs. baby lamb chops
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

How to Prepare Greek Baby Lamb:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place lamb chops in a baking dish. Add salt, pepper, tomatoes, olive oil and lemon juice.

Place the baking dish in the center of the preheated oven and bake, uncovered, for about 1 1/2 hours, or until the chops are cooked all the way through.

Serve with fried potatoes and slices of crusty bread to sop up the juices.
