Marinated cheese is a great addition to any table. This cheese makes a great appetizer or snack, or as an addition to your dinner table. It’s also great on Greek salad!
Simple Marinated Greek Cheese Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Greek cheese of choice, such as Feta, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup Greek olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 6 Greek olives of choice, chopped
- 1/2 dried Greek oregano
- 1 teaspoon chopped, fresh orange peel
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
How to Make Simple Marinated Greek Cheese:
Place the Greek cheese in a bowl. Put the Greek cheese into a bowl.
Pour the olive oil into the bowl. Stir in the garlic, olives, oregano, and orange peel.
Cover the bowl and let it set in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving (but overnight is best).
