Yoga Class at Holy Trinity Greek Church Portland ME

Our next Wellness Wednesday meeting is Wednesday February 15th from 10 to 12 at the Parish House. Class and Presentation by Laura Overton Certified Yoga Instructor. We will do Easy Yoga and Stretching exercises. All ages welcome Lunch to follow Yoga Class. For more Info contact Jackie Tselikis RNMS Parish Nurse 939-2260. A $5.00 donation would be appreciated for the class.
