Mondays & Thursdays – 5:30PM til 6:45PM
St. George Gym with Mary Anne Spartos
Join us at the St. George Gym for an hour of exercise designed for you. Accommodation for entry level of fitness will be made. We will use fitness bands, weights (or no weights) and body exercises such as pilates & yoga to firm, tone & regain balance.
Warm up and cool down are essential and will be included in the 75 minute program. If you have never exercised before or if you exercise regularly and want a change, JOIN US!
at the end of the class we will pass the hat and monies collected will go to the St. George Philoptochos Charities.
Please bring a water bottle or a bottle of water, a towel and an exercise mat.
