Boston Movie Premiere of “Amphilochios: Saint of Patmos”

Join us for the Boston Film Premiere of “Amphilochios: Saint of Patmos” on Tuesday, January 16 at 2:30 and 7:30 pm at Maliotis Cultural Center. The event is free and open to the public! Ticket donations are appreciated.

Amphilochios: Saint of Patmos is a thirty-minute documentary exploring the life and spiritual legacy of a beloved twentieth-century saint, filmed over the course of the first celebration of his April feast day in 2019. St. Amphilochios (1889-1970) was a tireless spiritual father to the Dodecanese, a confessor to bishops and patriarchs, a missionary, and a founder of orphanages and monasteries. He was a contemporary and spiritual son of St. Nektarios of Aegina, and a spiritual father to the newly-canonized St. Gavrilia.
