For the past 66 years, the Ladies Philoptochos of the Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church has hosted our primary fundraiser, a Christmas Benefit Tea, where we have gathered together in fellowship. Unfortunately, with the restrictions in place this year due to COVID-19, our annual Tea, planned for Sunday, December 6, 2020, will not take place.

What remains unchanged is the commitment of Philoptochos to reach out and support the national, metropolis, and local causes that are in need now more than ever before. Though the uncertainty of the pandemic has interrupted our traditional event, we cordially invite you to participate in this year’s 67th Annual Christmas Tea Fundraiser with a donation of $50.00. All proceeds will benefit our annual ministries, as well as several additional charities impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

Thanks to the generosity of our loyal Raffle patrons, three cash gift cards in the amounts of $250, $300, and a grand prize of $500.00 will be awarded as part of this year’s Fundraiser. One complimentary raffle ticket is included for each $50.00 donation. The raffle will be drawn at noon on Sunday, December 6, 2020, and the winner will be notified immediately.
