With an emphasis on freshness and a minimalist cooking style, the naturally healthy menu covers tastes from the northern Mediterranean region encompassing Southern Italy, Greece, and Albania. The menu and wine list are an extension of the flavor and dishes served in the chef's own home, including exclusive handpicked wines and lovingly prepared signature dishes that are unmatched within the city.

Believing that food should taste like food, the natural tastes and flavors of the freshest ingredients are enhanced primarily with olive oil and fresh herbs. THe Restaurant's signature dishes include watermelon-feta tidbit, lemon potatoes, arancini siciliani, barbounia and fork-tender grilled octopus.

Well aware of the fact that people have distinct dietary needs and preferances, Vlora's menu is indisputably authentic but provides a diverse variety of options for all palates and lifestyles. Vlora's menu also boasts extensive vegetarian and vegan choices, and plenty of options for diners who enjoy fresh seafood and juicy meats. From escargot and ostrich steak, to trio of phyllo pies and roasted vegetables, Vlora's menu can satisfy all lifestyles and appetites any given day of the week.

This family friendly restaurant offers a variety of smaller hot and cold dishes for diners to share. Guests also have the option to choose from a variety of side dishes with their entrées, including delicious favorites like lemon potatoes, roasted cauliflower and many more. The entire restaurant was designed by Chef Aldo to emulate the warm and inviting environment that one would feel in his hometown of Vlora. Located below the bustling streets of Boylston Street in Back Bay-Copley Square, this subterranean space complete with private outdoor patio offers guests a unique atmosphere that has a very European feel.

From the antique wooden door, to the custom-designed water wall that greets you upon entry, Vlora makes guests feel a welcoming sense of escape from the hurry of everyday life where traffic on the street is a constant reminder of everyday obligations. Fresh reviving colors and customized lighting set the tone while captivating artwork and sleek furniture evoke an atmosphere that is warm, inviting and hip.
